1.1 BarsAtHome.com specializes in the sale of handmade wooden bars and garden furniture. All products are bespoke and made to order, tailored to your specifications.
1.2 In addition to our handmade items, we may sell other products that are not handmade. Products labeled as "Handmade" are uniquely crafted by skilled artisans, featuring personalized designs and natural variations that distinguish them from mass-produced goods.
1.3 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. They are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
2.1 Handmade items may have slight variations in size, colour, and finish. This is part of the unique charm of handmade products and not a defect.
2.2 Customers are advised to review the product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing an order.
3.1 Orders can be placed online through BarsAtHome.com. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3.2 We accept payments via major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
4.1 Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations and amendments must be made within 72 hours of placing an order.
4.2 For orders over £100 in value, cancellations made after 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee of £45.
4.3 No cancellations will be accepted once production of your order has commenced.
5.1 If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to hold your shipment until the matter is resolved.
5.2 Should the chargeback remain open, a £20 chargeback fee will be applied to cover the administrative costs we incur.
6.1 Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the order.
6.2 Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details.
7.1 As all products are bespoke, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Refunds for defective items will be processed only after the item has been returned and inspected. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
8.1 BarsAtHome.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8.2 Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
