Refund & Returns Policy

At BarsAtHome.com, we aim to be clear and fair about returns and refunds. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window for standard, non-bespoke items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at info@barsathome.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

Many of our products are made to order or customised. These items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This is in line with consumer protection regulations for bespoke goods.

If you are unsure whether your item is made to order, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalised products
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item once the return is completed.

European Union Customers

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, except for made-to-order or bespoke items, which are exempt from the cooling-off period.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
